About Stephen Cabler

MORE INFO
My name is Stephen D. Cabler and I am a licensed Polygraph Examiner in the State of Texas. I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself to you. I am a United States Army veteran who served in Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom. I was medically discharged following an attack by a suicide bomber after only seven months on Iraqi soil. Subsequent to my discharge from the military, I began working on my master's degree in criminal justice. I have completed 30 of the 36 hours necessary to complete that degree. I received my undergraduate degree from Abilene Christian University in 1998.

I began my polygraph career as an intern with Ernie Hulsey & Associates. Mr. Hulsey was a 36 year veteran of polygraph. I worked closely with him as we shared an office in Houston until his passing in 2007. For nearly a decade now, I have conducted the majority of Internal Affairs and Criminal case polygraph exams for the Harris County Sheriff's Office. I am currently contracted by Harris County Sheriff's Office as their primary provider of Criminal Specific and Internal Affairs Polygraph Examinations. I also conducted all criminal cases for the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Department in 2006.

I was trained by the best in the business and have achieved a great deal of success in polygraph. I have assisted in effectively closing many cases including
capital murder, sexual assault, theft, and robbery, just to name a few. Many of my findings have been confirmed through confessions obtained from accused individuals, during my post examination interviews. More importantly,
I have cleared hundreds of people who have been falsely accused of committing unlawful acts.

I would like to offer my services to you and your clients. If you would like additional information, feel free to contact me personally at 832-657-4712. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you. Please take the time to meet my associates.
